I felt a little trepidation buying a car sight unseen, then having it shipped. The sight unseen part was mitigated by buying a CPO car. The shipping part was a little trickier, but I had as much confidence as I could have after talking to Blaine at Cascade. Comparing his reassurances to those of other companies, I felt most comfortable using Cascade. The 5 star rating helped too.

In the end, the car was picked up within the 3 day pickup window, and was dellivered 2 days early. The contracted driver was communicative, prompt, and understanding when he had to wait a few minutes for me to meet him at the end of my street. The car was, unsurprisingly, dirty after 800 miles of travel in an open carrier in January, but was undamaged, running, and warm for my brief trip to my house.

Customer service from all staff at Cascade, with their prompt phone and email responses to my inquiries, was top-notch.

All in all, an excellent experience. I would use them again.
