Good communication, fast service with Blaine at Cascade Vehicle Shipping

I was a bit overwhelmed with all the vehicle shipping brokers and read the reviews before I decided on Cascade. I spoke with Blaine and, after confirming an order and paying a deposit, he had a vehicle shipping service and driver for me fairly quickly (within a few hours). Communication with Blaine was excellent and I knew exactly what I was paying and who my driver was (name and cell phone number).

It's important to understand the difference between a broker and the actual vehicle shipper- they are two different entities who do work together. There are at least two people you deal with- the person who works for the vehicle brokerage and the vehicle driver himself. My communication with the vehicle driver didn't go as smoothly because of a language barrier, but my car got to its destination safely and EARLY. The driver was in communication with me before and after the drop-off and his company was very flexible with me given that I had no contact person in Iowa, nor a parking spot!


Overall, I'm happy with Cascade and would definitely use them again.
