5 years ago, I shipped my minivan from east coast to Seattle and I had terrible experience all around. Late pick up, broken promises, left in the dark, ignored messages, etc, etc. So, I was a little skeptical to see all these positive reviews about Cascade Vehicle Shipping (sorry Blaine!). Boy I am glad I went with them. From the beginning, Blaine was very clear about explaining to me what the whole process is like and what I should expect. He was also very prompt on communicating each stage of the actual shipping. I think he may have been out or super busy on the day of the delivery, but someone else (sorry, I don't recall the name) from Cascade contacted me to let me know that the car was arriving a day early. I think they have a reliable system going on for backing up each other? Anyway, I received my car a day earlier without an issue and entire shippng process was pleasant. If I ever need to ship a car in the future, I know who to contact. Thanks Blaine for your great service!
