Working with Blaine was tons of fun and I believe we got along very well even though we were only talking on the phone!

I did call Cascade company after carefully reviewing all of the online reviews since this was the first time shipping my car. I thoroughly reviewed every review websites and ratings. In the end, I was lucky to have Blaine as my "representative". It was the holiday season so it was a little harder to look for a truck driver and Blaine had to call more drivers than usual (as I suspect). He was never frustrated during the entire process and always called back on time; if not, earlier. Moreover, he always made sure that I wasn't worried and, if I was, he made calls to appropriate people to get me the information I needed. He was very quick on following up with everything/anything. It's been definitely a pleasurable experience for me since this was the first time I shipped my car across the country and I would highly recommend Blaine to everyone. He's definitely reliable and it worked out well for me! Thanks Blaine =)
