This is my second time having a car shipped by Cascade. The first time, I had an LS400 brought from Dallas to Pittsburgh; this time was an LX450 coming from California. Both times, drivers were courteous and delivered the car on time. Actually, this time the driver got here a day early despite having already quoted what I thought was a pretty optimistic transport time.

Regarding how Cascade compares to other companies, what sealed the deal for me was how they responded to negative feedbacks. If you look at other companies here, certain ones will threaten or attempt to embarrass customers who leave negative feedback, in hopes that they will delete it (or that other dissatisfied customers will be intimidated into saying nothing) and the company won't look bad. Seriously, guys? Cascade, by comparison, tries to avoid causing problems in the first place. If they do encounter a problem, they try to deal with it instead of trying to twist people's arm so that they'll take down negative feedback. Now that's the kind of company I like to do business with, and if I need a car shipped again in future, I'll be going with Cascade.
