Kimberly was very friendly and diligent with my order. She provided information in a timely manner and was very nice to work with. The driver that was provided by another company was very pleasant to deal with and very timely. The driver was very willing to coordinate a drop off which allowed me to rent a vehicle and drop off at the same time.
