Cascade was amazing, Kim was so helpful. I went with Cascade because it was in my area and Kim was able to ensure a pickup time. The pickup time was the exact time that was agreed upon. The only little bump we had was with the Carrier Matson. We traveled on New Years eve which was a Friday, so we expected to be able to pick our car up that day. Apparently everything in Honolulu is closed on this day, and we wouldn't have know because they "didn't have their schedule when we booked" That is what Matson said when I called. So therefor, we didn't have a car for 3 days and ended up spending more money because of having to use cabs. Otherwise everyone was very Findley, helpful, and the car was in the condition I left it in. Overall everything work out very well, and went very smooth!
