I was very pleased on Cascade handling my automobile from the time I contacted them to the time it was delivered. The people at Cascade were very polite and explained to me what was going on with my vehicle. The carrier was always contacting me as to where the vehicle was at all times, from the time they picked it up to the exact time it was delivered. Whenever I had a question I could call Cascade and they would give me an honest answer all the time. I felt very comfortable with them and this was my very first time transporting a vehicle from one state to another. I was exited and nervous at the same time but Cascade always made me feel that there was not a problem or any hassle about where the car was at or where it was going. I would definitely trust Cascade again to move any vehicle anywhere. The car showed up at exactly the time they said it would and it was in great shape and the attitude the person had was very polite and he appreciated everything. There was no hidden prices or fees when everything was all done. What the price is when they gave me a quote was the same when everything was done. Jeff is a great person to work with and very understanding about any and all issues you may have.

As we talked about when you placed your order we were working with two tough states but i was not going to quite til I found a carrier. I wish I could have seen the look on your face when that truck door was opened and you saw your car for the first time, what a thril. Take Care, Jeff
