vehicle was shipped over the tanksgiving holiday which required a higer price than originally quoted to get a carrier in a timely manner. Because of the circumstances it seemed reasonable and I was given the option to decline it. The overall experience was good. Kimberly at cascade kept me informed, was easy to reach and handled the transaction very professionally. The driver and dispatcher were easy to work with and the vehicle arrived sooner than expected in perfect condition.
