The whole process was effortless. Cascade communicated all details very efficiently via email. everyone I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful. I was at first apprehensive about the process because I could not be at the pickup point. Cascade and the trucking company were OK with that, allowing my real estate agent to sign of on the pickup of the car.
