Reviews by clients of Cascade Shipping led me to select Cascade for my vehicle shipping. Kim was a pleasure to work with. She is pleasant, knowlegeable, experienced, and professional. This was my first experience with shipping a vehicle and she was helpful with explaining the process. Her communication throughout the process was very good and she was very timely in taking phone calls and returning calls when I had questions. Issues arose with the carrier regarding the timeliness of delivery and communications by the carrier with the vehicle's delivery. Kim strived to resolve these issues with the carrier. I would choose Cascade Shipping and Kim again.
