Poor service from Freightport

Cascade did an OK job but could not live up to the timeframe offered. Freightport did a terrible job, this is the company that Cascade brokered my vehicle move to. Can't say that i would use either again given my experience. I spent a few months searching for the right truck for it to arrive late with damage & filthy. The drivers window was open & the key in the ignition in the "on" position, consequently both batteries were dead. There was a new 3"x3" dent to the R rear quarter and damage to the RR wheel molding which will need replacement. The antenna was bent and unusable in the back seat. There was a bag of clothes and some personal belongings in the truck giving the appearance that someone had been sleeping in my new truck while in transit. The driver offered $100 off for the damage, we settled on $300. Not a great experience. Every time I called Freightport I was given a different name and another# to call. I was also told a different story about why my truck was late and when it might arrive.

Joe I want to thank you for your business and for the mention of the good job we did. As far as the time frame you forget that the timeframe we give you is an estiment. It normaly takes us 1 to 10 days, it did take 13 for your but we cannot control when the trucks will be in an area or if they have room on there transport. I am sorry about the damage to your car but as you found out we do use drivers that will make thing right if there is a problem.
