Jeff (tel#: 360-834-7898) was very fast in finding a trucking company to ship the car. The car was picked up the day after I placed the order. The car was picked up on Friday and was delivered on a Tuesday, 11 days later. Jeff as a whole was quick to respond to my calls and was very friendly. My problem is with the trucking company they used - - Hunsky Trucking of La Mesa, CA. When I got the car in NY, there was an extra 140 miles on it!!! The car shouldn't have been used by the truckers while traveling across the country other than to unload/load the truck. It is ridiculous. The trucker even left crumbs all over the driver seat. Unfortunately, when I complained to Jeff, he couldn't really do much about this unwanted miles on the car, other than a promise to address this concern with the trucking company and possibly not use them anymore in the future. In summary, Cascade's Jeff himself was very courteous and nice to work with, however, people should avoid Hunsky Trucking from La Mesa, CA at all costs unless you don't mind strangers driving your car without your consent.

Maria again I am so sorry about the miles on your car I upset about it as well. Other than that I glad the timing and rest of the srevice went well.
