The phone service was excellent. It has taken a long time to get a truck and my only issue which is a major one for me was the difference between the original quotation and what I actually had to pay. The original quote was around 1040.00 and I finally ended up paying 1190.00 and I thank Kimberly for helping work this number down from near 1300.00. I have not received the vehicle so I cannot comment on the truck or condition upon delivery yet. Kim was great to work with and if not for the pricing issue this would be 100% the best experience. I do not fault her for these issues and am thankful she did what she could. Sincerely, charlie

Charlie, I am so sorry that the price did increase. We did not collect more, we actually put in as much as we can and only collected about half of what we normally would. We wrote your order on the 3rd, had a carrier interested on the 13th, you didn't want to take that carrier, so we found another one that wanted additional funds later in the month. You agreed to the extra funds. I am sorry that they requested more money, but that is out of my control and completely your decision to accept the carrier or not. I wish I could have done more.
