Great broker, horrible process

This was our first time moving across the country and we learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. We switched to Cascade for shipping our two cars to MI ($1900 for both), after getting under-quoted by another broker. Cascade was worth every extra penny. Kimberly was very friendly and knowledgeable and had our cars scheduled for pickup within a few days of our placing the order (picked up the same week), and gave us several calls to check in. I just wish we had started out with Cascade! Thanks Kimberly!
