I am in the military and was in the process of relocating and was needing to ship my second vehicle. After receiving many quotes we decided on Cascade. The primary reason was the customer service we received via the telephone. Kimberly was up front and honest from the beginning. I originally wanted a quote from Honolulu to Eugene Oregon. In addition to getting that quote she also gave a few other alternatives. She gave me a quote to have my vehicle transported to a lot at Cascade, and also a quote to pick it up directly from Matson at the Port os Seattle. I went with the Port of Seatlle because it saved me about $500.00. I was surprised that this option was given to me as it took money away from the company. I went with this option with the understanding that I may have to pay storage fees at Matson if it arrived and was on site for more than 4 days as Kimberley explained. I was extremely happy with the service and comunication that I receieved from Cascade throughout the entire process. Kimberley had a family emergency and another employee stepped right in and filled the gap. Thank you very much for the excellent service, I will recommend Cascade Vehicle Shipping to any body I come into contact with that is looking to ship a vehicle. Also when I arrived to Matson to pick up my truck i would have had to pay 4 days of storage, but they do not charge active dut military any storage fees. Just thought I would pass that along so you can let any military using your services that Matson does not charge military the storage fees.. thank you

That was something I didn't know about with Matson, so its good information to have. I hope to work with you again, enjoy Oregon, its beautiful this time of year.
