Although Brend's response to my initial inquries were prompt and professional, I was disappointed with her ability to make good on her promises. When I talked to another agent during one of her absences, I was informed by the agent that she had paassed on a couple of quotes because they exceed her quote to me. As a result of her inability to secure an agreed upon pick-up date, I had to reajust my plans, which caused me an undue financial burden.

Hi John, I have to admit I was a little taken back form your review. At no time did I "pass" on ANY carrier that was interested on a load. As i tell all my customers, that is not my call. That decision needs to come from my CUSTOMER. I tried every possible way to ensure your vehicel was moved as fast and safe as I could. I even took money out of my deposit to help ease your burden.
