Pick up trucking company had issues issues he insisted to be paid in cash It was $900 on a Friday late summer afternoon! That was not mentioned he need to be paid in cash at time of booking.
Also - there need to be a better coordination between shipping and trucking and the agents.
Jeff, our booking agent returned all our calls and was very helpful. He handles customers in a professional manner.
