Cascade was a very good company to deal with. Jeff presented everything in an understandable manner. He was careful to explain that the areas I was shipping to and from were not as common as some larger cities and that it might take longer to find a truck to move my vehicles.

The lateness of the pickup was NOT Cascades fault but the actual transportation company. It was a minor inconvenience and in the end the vehicles were delivered timely and undamaged. They were very dirty but this stands to reason as they traveled half way across the country on an open carrier.

All in all I am very satisfied with Cascade and would not hesitate to use them again. I will ask for Jeff to help me in the future as well.
