First I want to say I was very pleased that each time I called Cascade, someone would actually answer the phone! No leaving voice messages and waiting for a call back. Thank you for that! Everyone was very nice. If Cody wasnt available the person on the phone would answer all my questions.
It was unfortunate that my car wasnt running at the time, because they had a driver right away! but that driver didnt have the equipment to get the vehicle. I only had to wait a few more days for another driver. Which I didnt mind.
I was very happy with how smooth everything went. The company that picked up my vehicle, Super Autos, was also very nice. Between them and Cascade, they made this whole process stress free! I would definitely use them again.
