I only waited less than one hour to get word that my car would be picked up for shipping. Cutomer service was very helpful and courteous with follow up. It was my first time shipping my car, and I was very very pleased. I will move again in another 12 months, and I will use Cascade Vehicle Shipping again without a doubt.
