Great Experience with Cascade!

I would definitely recommend anyone who needs a car shipped to use Cascade. This was my first experience shipping a car and I had it shipped from Massachusetts to California - everything went very smooth. Like most people I was a bit apprehensive about doing this but Brenda was extremely helpful in explaining the process and everything went just as she said. Don't be afraid to ask questions as they are to be expected and Brenda is more then happy to answer as many as you have - after all, for the common person shipping car isn't a common activity. Aside from Brenda being great my truck driver was also very friendly and easily contacted throughout the entire shipping process. The whole situation was handled extremely professionally and I would 100% use them again.

The only thing I may recommend is that if you're shipping a valuable car is to request an enclosed shipping. But for a more common car like mine at the very least look into what type of insurance the carrier has, most all of them are fully bonded etc etc...unfortunately somebody stole an emissions pipe off the bottom of my vehicle somewhere during the shipping process. Of course this is a risk you take and I was covered by insurance. Truck stops can be some shady places and pipes like the one that was taken from my vehicle are valuable and easily accessible.

All in all it was a great experience with Cascade and I was unlucky with the theft but life goes on.

Hi Chris, thank you for the review. I am so sorry you had a piece of your vehicle stolen. It is truly amazing what people will steal.
