I think the Cascade transport company provided a good service for me. The order I placed was from the Southeast coast (Philadelphia) of US to far Northwest(Sweet-grass) of US. They gave a good price at 1165 dollars (before rebate). I placed the order and they started to look for a carrier for me. It took them 12 business days to find the carrier. During this period time, I called them several times and they explained to me patiently that it may take longer to find the carrier since this is a long line. I also thought about looking for a new company for me but they told me that every transport company has to find the carrier through the central dispatch switch board and it was not a good idea to put one order in two company. My dealer also suggested to me that I had better wait. When they found the carrier they contacted me right away. However the carrier didn't agree on the price and he asked 100 dollars more(from 900 to 1000).I talked to the staff in Cascade company and showed my dissatisfaction with the price. After negotiation, the Cascade company decided to reduce the deposit fee from 265 dollars to 215 dollars and I would give the carrier one thousand dollars. The staff in the Cascade told me the expected date for pick up and possible delivery time. They also updated the information with me once the carrier picked up the car in Philadelphia. In general it is a good experience and I may choose this company again in future.
