By telephone the contact person from Cascade was very nice and polite, but when it was to chat by mail I didn't have any answer. The delivery was late for a computer problem (he said). I paid the same amount of money to have the car delivered in 72 hours but it took more than 6 days.

I am sorry about the the the time it took to get your vehicle there but the 72 hours was for pick up only not the drive time. Somtimes the drivers get delayed that is just part of the business. Sorry for any problems but the terms and conditions state that nothing is guaranteed.
