The brokerage (Cascade) and their rep (Kimberly Fraily) could not have done a better job. Unfortunately the hauling company they connected me with did an irresponsible and unprofessional job of securing my vehicle to a trailer with other vehicles (open hauler). The driver put my my vintage 2001 Harley Davidson truck with only 8500 miles and in a condition of factory new, bumper to bumper, with the truck in back of my truck on his hauler. This caused the truck behind mine to scratch my bumper (many times over) as the hauler bumped his way on the 1000 mile plus trek to my home. The driver denied he did it even though we had witnesses and camera shots of the damage done. Kimberly worked diligently witn me for many days trying to get the hauling company to accept blame and pay me a minimum of 100.00 for the damage done. Per contract, Kimberly and Cascade did not have an obligation to help me press for my damages. However, if I was going to get anything resolved, the hauler had to have fears that the brokerage, and other brokerages will not accept this kind of incompetence and damage put upon their customers. With the help Kimberly (my rep at Cascade) provided, the owner of the hauling company finally found out what had happened (he wasn't getting our messages), and immediately sent me a check for $100.00. Issue resolved. Kimberly was lightning fast with all our e-mail replies from beginning to end, and even got me on a three way call with the driver. She was able to hear in our three way call his lies played out with back and forth questions that anyone could understand he was trying to hide his responsibility. Thank you Kimberly.
