Cascade had good service...but...

Cascade (the broker) had great customer service. I am active duty military and was not able to be at the place of delivery due to some extenuating circumstances. I had a good friend pick up the car for me.

The carrier was Monty's Vehicle Shipping. I was told that they would pick up my car on Sunday the 16th of May. I got a call at 4am on Saturday the 15th letting me know that he was going to be in town to get the car that morning. I thought 4am was a little early to be calling someone....

Regardless, they picked up my car and got it on the way to Washington state. Because I had some training to do on my way to Washington, I was not able to be there when the car was delivered. A good buddy of mine met the driver and took the car to his house for storage.

After talking with my friend, he said the car was FILTHY! I asked for pictures, and I agree...my Corvette is disgusting!! It looks like the driver drove down a dirt road after a rain storm.

That being said...I did transport in an open carrier, and if I was really that concerned, I should have paid for the enclosed trailer.

The delivery was two days late due to some other deliveries that needed to be offloaded before mine.

Overall...Cascade did a great job. Great customer service and easy to get in touch with. Monty's did their job by getting my car from point A to point B. I would have appreciated taking a little more care in keeping my car clean...but dirt can be washed off.

I cannot speak to the condition of the car at this point, because I have not had the opportunity to see it in person. If there are any issues after I get to Washington, I will post again.

Shane, I am sorry about the early pick up time I agree with you that it was way to early to call anyone. From reading your review it seems all of the issues are with the trucking co. and not my customer service I hope it was as good as i promised it would be. I have made notes for our dispatch dept. about the driver so it wont happen again. Jeff....360-834-7898,jeff@cascadevehicle
