This was the first time I have every shipped a car, and I was a little unsettled trying to figure out everything invovled. Thankfully I found Brenda at Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. and she very patiently walked me through the entire process, and gave me what other carriers I contacted didn't..understanding about how all of this worked. Any question I had she explained the hows and whys of the process, the procedure, and anything else I asked. She was personable and very quickly I felt like I had made a new friend. My two kids that moved with me had their cars transported with a different company because his job was paying for the move, and it cost more than Cascade, and the service just didn't come close to the customer care I received from Cascade. Other family members will be following us out here this next year, and I will definitely refer them to Brenda for their cars as well. It was like having a family member in charge of transporting my car, and that made the move so much easier. Thanks Brenda.
