My Customer Service Rep was Courtney Cargill and she couldn't have been more helpful. I was advised that it might take a couple of days to find a truck. She found one in less than an hour and within 3 hours, the car was on the way. The vehicle was supposed to be delivered in 7 days but was delivered in great shape in 5 days. Courtney followed the transport vehicle with phone calls to the driver and kept me posted. Her efforts made the matter proceed perfectly. I would certainly use Cascade again and recommend Courtney as a great representative. The price was right and the service excellent.
