I contracted Cascade to ship my 08 Cadi CTS from Florida to California. Brenda was prompt to contact. She contacted me on Tuesday and had the move scheduled later that afternoon. I like that no money or credit card hold was taken until the time the truck was at my house picking up the car. The driver assigned by Cascade arrived on Sunday as scheduled and was courteous and polite. Brenda contacted us several times during the move and relayed information from driver. Our car was the last to be off loaded and driver arrived in Los Angeles prior to my wife's flight. Brenda arranged for the driver to meet my wife at the airport and deliver the car. This saved her the hassle and expense of getting a rental car.The service by Brenda from Cascade was excellent, and the price was much lower than other quotes I received. Thanks Brenda I would use Cascade again without hesitation.
