The personnel at this shipping broker company were pleasant. However, they did not seem to pursue the pickup of the car. I had to call several times to get an update on the status of the pickup. They said (after I contracted with them, not before) that the route was not often traveled. After two weeks of no one picking up the car, I increased the price twice. The original quote was $492. I ended up paying $652. I’ll probably just go with a more expensive company next time.

Stewart Im sorry i wasnt able to offer you 5 star service, you caught us as we were in the processes of adjusting prices for the more difficult routes.
