Although I knew nothing about how to ship a vehicle, Nick was a very friendly individual and absolutely knowledgeable in vehicle shipping. He walked me through every step of the process of shipping my two vehicles to Florida. He quoted me a fair shipping price and assured me that Cascade would do an excellent job in finding me a shipper as soon as possible. In less than one day I had a shipper to pick up my cars. Nick was very professional in emailing me Cascade's contract. Nick confirmed over the phone that I received it and understood it. Nick also called me back the same day to confirm that he located a shipper and gave me specific details of how and when my cars would be picked up. He followed up by phone to make sure my cars were picked up. Nick found a very reliable auto transporter who arrived on time and delivered my cars to Florida without any problems. Nick gave me the confidence to hire Cascade to handle my cars. He assured me that Cascade would do an excellent job and they did! When I called to thank Nick for the excellent service he provided me, I was sorry to hear that he left. Nicole Hancock took over my file and also did an excellent job in providing me with information to make me feel comfortable in dealing with Cascade. Nick and Nicole gave me the expert advice that I needed and made me feel like I would be a pro in future car shipping adventures. I congratulate Cascade for hiring Nick and Nicole. They are excellent representatives for this company. I would more than willingly recommend my family and friends to use Cascade for all their vehicle shipping needs.
