Jeff was very helpful. He made the transport of my vehicle very easy. I had no idea what I needed to do when I called and Jeff was always available to guide me simply and honestly. I got a fair price and Jeff took care of everything for me. The carrier arrived precisely on time and delivered the car just as promptly.
I was told that the carrier would arrive between one and ten days. Jeff called after 4 days and let me know that the transport would be there the next day. My driver called that morning to give me notice that he was on time. I met with him and gave him my keys. He gave me a receipt and took care of the rest. My car arrived in 4 days. One day earlier than expected.
I have shipped my vehicle previously by another carrier, and Cascade Vehicle Shipping was far and away the better and easier service. I am extremely pleased with the service that Jeff gave me. Thank you for everything.
