Thank you for your honest response JulieAnn. I do want to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused for you. I make sure to tell all of my customers that the estimated time frame for dispatching your vehicle is 1-7 business days, which was about how long it took for your vehicle to be dispatched. If I didn't explain that well enough, I am sorry for that. I know the time frames I gave you were a little off, but again that is because they are an estimate. Our company has to mainly work off of the schedules of the drivers and that is why we give our customers estimates. We understand that trucks can break down and weather can stop them from entering some areas. I apologize for the times of pick up and delivery being off and I will work on improving that. I'm sorry that your car arrived dirty, but it was an open carrier and there isn't much the driver can do for avoiding that.
