I was not fully satisfied with our experience - it took several days longer than we expected and was $250 more than the quoted cost. I do understand the holidays played a part in the delay and is understanable. i was disapointed that my end price was nothing near what i was quoted and basically i had no choice...either pay the additional or not get it shipped which was not an option either. I would use them again and just be very aware of cost increase and wait times - its a very flexible system on our part.
