This was my first experience with shipping a car. I was contacted within minutes by Cascade Shipping after requesting a quote via e-mail. I didn't want to choose the very first one so I spent about 4 hours investigating what questions to ask the potential shipping company, the company ratings, etc. Cascade did not push me to make a decision and I did not get any negative vibes from them. The next day I went back to Cascade, the first company to respond, and I am pleased to say that everything worked out as agreed. My daughter is in the Navy and was not going to return to port until a certain date so I requested that the car not arrive any earlier than that date. It actually did but they stored it in the trucking yard and she was able to pick it up the very day she arrived in port. I would definitely use Cascade Shipping again if I ever have the need again.
