Bob, I am very sorry that you feel we did not price you right on this transport. I mainly was dealing with Tony on this and I told him that I felt that my autoquoter had quoted low on pricing and that I think it will take more money to get done for you. He told me to keep the price the same as that was the reason for going with us and other brokers had come close to that as well. I did my best to find a carrier for you and get it done at that price also. It is true that when I called around and look on the board for the carriers there were none going that route so that was not an excuse by any means. This was also confirmed by the fact that when you did cancel via Tony he said you were just going to drive or pay a friend to just go get the vehicle for you because even other brokers could not find any transporter for you at even a higher price than what I had quoted. Our terms and conditions state that we need up to 10 business days to get the vehicle picked up for our customers. You cancelled before that window of time.
