When I purchased a vehicle from out of state, I had planned to drive the vehicle home. It broke down en route, I was in a quandry. I decided to have the vehicle transported the rest of the trip, so I turned to the internet. I sent emails to numerous transport companies. Cascade Vehicle Shipping was prompt in responding to me and my needs for the vehicle transport. I primarily used email instead of phone contact(due to my wacky schedule) to set up the entire transport. Nick stayed in communication with me throughout making the decision as to what type of transport was required -open vs enclosed. The price was comparable to many other companies I contacted, so I went with Cascade because of the ability of Nick to answer my questions and respond quickly. Nick was very good and helpful in getting my vehicle picked up and delivery withing the times required at each end of the trip (repair shops that were only open 9-5).
