This is a shipping company who provides an excellent price and above par customer service. My car shipped the day it was supposed to even with misunderstandings my car was shipped on time and arrived early. The only thing is that the car has pieces from the shipping container but that has nothing to do with Cascades service. Only reason I wouldn't rate them with a perfect score is because when receiving and paying the billing for the shipping there was an additional charge that was made to my credit card without permission because I charged the shipping with my credit card. But overall that was my only real grief with shipping and this is from the mainland to hawaii so lets say they saved me from a lot of grief with their customer service which made this a worthwhile experience.

Evan, Thank you so much. I'm sorry about the miscommunication with the credit card charge. It does state in our terms and conditions that there is a charge for credit card use. I'm sorry if you misunderstood. If there is anything else I can do for you please let me know. Thanks Kim
