I placed my order on the Internet and was given a quote very quickly. When I called in Cascade, they handled my reservation with no hassle, and was very responsible when I had questions, either over the phone or via email. My car was picked up from Maryland on Friday evening and was delivered at California on the next Wednesday without any issue. It was a quite smooth process and took much less time than I expected. I could even save additional money by returning the rental car early!
