I happened to pick up the phone and it was Jeff. I had a flood of other offers to ship my Kia Sportage from NJ to CA but Jeff was very personable and knowledgeable. He put me at ease and handled things every step of the way.
I had a slight problem in that the driver tried to drop off my car too early. I was out of the country at the time and could not get in contact with anyone. Jeff cleared things up with my mother and the car ended up getting there a day after the original scheduled date because of the mix up. Things could have been a lot worse.
When the car arrived, the driver delivered it straight to the house I was staying at. He took no more than ten minutes to offload the car and sign the paperwork. It was quite easy.
Jeff went further calling me to make sure everything had worked out. The car was in great condition. I shipped a lot of items in the car and none had been touched. The car was perhaps a little dirtier than I remember, but that was most likely because it was an open carrier across the country.
All in all, a very good experience.
