We had a great experience overall with Cascade Transport. We had heard horror stories about auto transports, so that is why I wanted a five star rated company. Jeff helped us in every way possible to get the best price. I called around for better quotes and his was very competitive. It cost 980.00 for our Dodge Durango, which was a great deal. I also loved the way he talked to me like a real person and not like some annoying customer. I felt like he was very up front and honest with me. Even at the end when the price did go up just a little he split the cost with me. Through the entire process of picking up and delivering my automobile someone from cascade was always there to make sure it all happened when it was suppossed to happen. The trucker that transported our vehicle was great. I felt like he was very professional and knew what he was doing. I felt safe having him drive off with my car. The trucker was one day late picking up the car which caused some stress, but Jeff was on the phone every few hours trying to get things worked out. They also had some problems deliverying on the exact day, but my husband was close enough to go pick it up, so it all worked out fine. I was impressed with the quickness of the transport. We moved from Utah to Florida and it only took 6 days to complete the whole process. I would definitely go with Cascade Transport again. Even though there were a few mishaps, I feel like overall I got what we had agreed upon.
