I contacted Cascade after being treated quite badly by another 'average' shipping company and so was fed up with trusting shipping companies; however, when I contacted Cascade, I had a really friendly person on the phone, someone who was quite knowledgeable and understanding and knew what situation I was in. Because I am a college student and do not have much cash, he was very helpful and helped me made the right choice, moneywise. Pickup was very timely and delivery was as expected, the delivery guy was even really cool. I would definitely go with them again for any of my needs shipping cars, I really had a great experience with them.
