On calling cascade,I spoke to michele and we agreed on a fee,I told her the date I wanted my car picked up and subsequently I had to change it a couple of times and she still granted me my wishes and the vehicle was picked up on the 16th of sept.The scheduled delivery time was 4days(which is still pretty fast)which is supposed to be the 19th sept but amazingly its getting here today the 18th of sept.
I will use cascade again and again because their customer service is just superb,michele called me at every stage and made sure everything was fine
