He was very quick in giving me a quote and unlike a certain other company that contacted me, he was very respectful in advertising his company's services. I had never shipped a car before so Nick made sure to answer any and every question I posed thoroughly and without hesitation. There was one point where he made a mistake in the state my car was to be picked up in, but he called me immediately to confirm he corrected it. He was also very easy to get a contact when I had questions, such as why my bill said $645 instead of $595 like he quoted me. (Answer? There's a 50 dollar rebate when you write a review. Woo!)
The trucking company that was chosen to pick up my car originally said they would pick it up on the 8th and deliver on the 11th. I waited most of the 8th for the driver to arrive, having no idea if he would pick up the car in the morning or in the evening, and at around 3pm I called Cascade to ask if they knew. I think it was Nick or maybe someone else from Cascade who gave me the driver's number within minutes of me calling. It turned out he wouldn't arrive until 12pm on the 9th and with Washington traffic, that translate to 2pm. While he did manage to get the car to LA on the 11th like I was quoted, the driver did not arrive until late in the evening when he told me he would be there by morning. I was very grateful that Nick kept calling me and my sister in LA until he could confirm that the car was picked up and received and a bit sorry that our driver was kind of inconsiderate making the experience a little less than superb.
Cascade's still fantastic! I will definitely use their services in the future because of their courtesy, reliability, and great prices.
