We had successfully used Cascade once before so called them without delay when purchasing a California 2008 Scion.We live in the Seattle WA area.Talked to a real person right away who was able to give us an accurate quote.Nick at Cascade was very clear,helpful,and pleasant as well.He kept us updated as soon as a ship day was arranged and later let us know the approximate time our car would be picked up in California.The driver he picked, Nigel w/ Southern Cross Transport Inc.,was also a great communicator.He called us when he was a day away and then again the morning of delivery.He asked the pertinent questions about the delivery area access and found our house with no problems.Offloaded carefully and did not rush our inspection.His papers were filled out completely from his pick-up inspection.We will be calling Nick again at Cascade and recommending this company to others.
