Jeff explained to me the entire process, and never got frustrated by my changing of dates or by the many calls I sent his direction. He always was there to answer the phone, and knew me by name and by case. I made the arrangement for my truck to be picked up anytime before Sept 1st on Monday morning at 10 am, and it was picked up and on its way to NC by Monday at 7pm. I received the vehicle on Wednesday morning at 11:30. It was faster than I ever expected.
Upon delivery, my truck was incredibly dirty. It was covered in engine gunk like stuff, but I took it to a car wash immediatley, and they were able to get off most of it. I expect the rest will come off with time and elbow grease. Just something that will happen going across the country underneath another vehicle I suppose.
