My boyfriend bought a new car in Seattle and needed to ship it to Northern New Jersey as quickly as possible. I made a list of nearly 13 of the top rated auto transport companies- both national companies and local ones. After calling every one of them to compare their rates, I felt that Cascade Shipping impressed me the most with their price quote and their customer service.

Kim quoted me $965 to ship from Seattle to NJ. She arranged to have the car picked up at the dealership where we purchased it at- I just gave her the phone number of the dealership and she figured out the rest of the details. She also explained the ins and outs of their trucking dispatch system to me so I could get a better sense of the prices other cars on my route had actually shipped for.

Three days after putting in my shipping request through Kim, our car was picked up by SK Trucking. It turns out, Kim had actually raised the listed price on my shipping request by $25 so that it would get picked up sooner by a trucking company- -but Cascade Shipping paid for the difference and honored my original price quote of $965.

The delivery date was just as scheduled- 7 days after being picked up, it was delivered. After a trip to the car wash, our car was in the same brand-new condition.

Throughout the entire process, Kim and her colleagues at Cascade Shipping were always easy to reach with any of our questions.

We were very impressed with Cascade Shipping's service and will definitely be using them for any future cross-country shipping.
