I have never shipped a vehicle before and was very concerned, especially coming from this far away. Nick at Cascade was very nice and answered my numerous questions. He kept me informed of pick up and estimated delivery times. The car was picked up in Illinois exactly on time and delivered to me in California a day early! I was very excited about that. The car was in nice condition when it arrived. I had arranged a pick up point other than my home and all of that was taken care of. I was very happy with all aspects of this adventure and would certainly use Cascade again.
