I shipped my car from Illinois to Washington with no difficulties. My contact person within Cascade Vehicle Shipping was a bit confusing at first, as I was called from different representatives, but in the end Tayler helped me the most and was great at making sure that everything went smoothly. In fact, everyone at the office seems to have good lines of communication open so it was not an issue at all; it was nice being able to call and get help no matter who I spoke with. It was overall a very smooth shipping operation and I would be happy to call them again if I ever need to ship a car. I highly recommend them. The other thing that was a plus for me was that they are based on the West Coast, so having their business hours coincide with mine once I was on the west coast was helpful.
