This was the first time we have had to transport a vehicle. Didn't know anything about it. My husband went through 3 different companies (2 of which wanted full payment in advance and still waiting for 1 refund) and the car just sat waiting in Arizona for almost 2 months. Finally, I found this website and read alot of the reviews and contacted Cascade because of the excellent reviews and stars. Kim helped me and had my car picked up in TWO days. We were in contact through the process and I even had the drivers cell phone number if I had any questions. This was a perfect experience for me. I will definitely use Cascade in the future.
